Madera currently has a couple BBQ options. There is Players Smoked BBQ, Petrucci’s BBQ Pit towards the edge of town, and then there’s Full-O Bull, if you want to consider that a BBQ place. For a town this size, I think that’s pretty good amount. However, soon we’ll be adding to the list. It has been announced that Sugar Pine Smokehouse BBQ will be the newest addition in Madera.
It’s another venture being brought to you by Navy veteran Dustin Franklin, who also happens to own The Tap House. They’ll be having hiring interviews in early October, so you can expect it to open its doors sometime this fall. It will be located 1830 W Cleveland Ave, Madera, CA 93637 where Cool Hand Luke’s was formerly located.
I am probably not the biggest fan of BBQ, but I’ll have it every once in a while, so I’ll definitely have to give it a try once it’s up and running!
